New & Chic Collection: Eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Must contact us at Shop@TheElevatedFinds.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags (if applicable).

Daily Deals, Pre-orders, Sale Items, & Items Purchased with Coupon Codes
Undergarments & Accessories:
Bras, shapewear, bodysuits, jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We do not offer guarantees beyond this period.
Order Processing & Shipping
U.S. Shipping: $8.95 flat rate
Canada Shipping: $35 flat rate
Processing Times:
PreLoved Collection: Ships within 3-5 business days
New & Chic Collection: Ships up to 5-7 business days
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled, so please double-check your cart before checkout.
Package Issues
Refused Packages: Subject to a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions).
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable and not reshipped, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
