📦 Shipping

Flat-Rate Shipping:
We offer flat-rate shipping for $8.95 on all orders.

Processing Time:
We strive to ship all orders within 2–3 business days.
Some boutique collection items may take 5–7 business days to process before shipping.

Please note: weekends and post office holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


🚚 Delivery & Transit

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Elevated Finds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is damaged in transit or appears to be missing, we’re happy to assist you in locating it or filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot replace or refund items damaged during transit.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a resale boutique, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review item descriptions carefully and ask questions before purchasing—especially during our live sales.


⚠️ Damaged Items (Our Fault)

If you receive an item that is damaged due to an error on our end, please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

To report a damaged item, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue
